    Neil has a unique background, which includes 30 years of public and private sector experience as a high school teacher, union official, small business proprietor, senior credit union executive and 17 years as a highly regarded Federal Labor MP. An Economics Graduate from La Trobe University, Neil is a lateral thinker with strong communication and negotiating skills. He likes to identify opportunities and position them for success. He has local, state, national and international experience in capital and finance, infrastructure, transport, trade, media, water, energy, telecommunications, agriculture and resources through holding Federal portfolio responsibility for Transport, Primary Industry, Resources & Energy. As Chairman of the Federal Government Transport Policy Committee and later as Parliamentary Secretary for Transport Neil had a pivotal role in the reform and modernising of the Australian transport system from 1990 to 1996.He was also Deputy Chair of the Joint Party Committee for Defence Foreign Affairs & Trade.

    Tony has been a successful Licenced Builder & Property Developer for the past 30 years. He established CNC Homes P/L in 1976 which became one of the leading building & construction companies in regional Victoria. Together with his wide range of commercial business experience he is highly experienced in dealing with local government and planning issues. Tony has a strong community & industry commitment being founding member and Chairman of Westland’s Aged Care Hostel in Wodonga (1991 – 1999) and founding Chairman of the Housing Industry Association (HIA), in Albury/Wodonga. He is currently a Board Member of the Building Practitioners Board (Victorian Building Commission), a member of the Vero Warranty Insurance, Australian Builder Reference Group and member of the Housing Industry Association’s Victoria Regional Executive Committee. Tony is a shareholder & director of Sustainable Soils and Farms Pty Ltd (SSF) and a director of Irrigation Efficiency Partners Pty Ltd (IEP). He will be responsible for property & asset management and assessment of Government Grants.

    Pat has over 30 years’ experience at executive management level in a variety of industries. 1968 – 80 Pat spent twelve years in the Asia Pacific & Japan region in company start-ups and restructuring operations in the brewery and aviation industries with San Miguel Corporation, Annett-TNT and Air Niugini. From 1993 - 96 he was Ministerial Adviser, Transport in the Keating Government. Between 1997 – 2002 Pat was responsible to the Shadow Ministry in the areas of Primary Industries, Resources & Energy. In 2006 as founder & CEO of Asia Pacific Coal & Steel he took the company to a successful ASX listing. Before going to Canberra, Pat held senior executive positions within key business units of the Ansett - TNT Group from Marketing Manager to CEO. Pat is a founding shareholder and director of Sustainable Soils & Farms Pty Ltd and is Company Secretary of the Joint Venture demonstration farm at Leitchville. Pat will be responsible for commercial and governance matters, investor relations, strategic partnerships and development of value added exports.
